At FC Community, we’re more than just a football club – we’re your community, built by fans, for fans. Our committees are where the magic happens off the pitch, where your ideas become reality.
Rather than clinging to power like most football governance structures, we actively work to distribute decision-making wherever regulations allowed. The goal was always to put real control in the hands of our members.
This approach proved so effective that we decided to replace the entire Board structure with something more representative and responsive to our community’s needs.
The steering group’s primary responsibility is ensuring financial sustainability – keeping us solvent so we can continue growing and serving our community. Beyond that crucial role, they function as a coordinating body that supports our various committees and working groups, helping them collaborate effectively and achieve their goals.
